What is the best full body workout?

I'm talking the most bang for you buck here. I am talking about you've got 10 minutes and you want to really test yourself, you want to put the pedal to the metal, and you want to wear yourself out and feel it the next day. In just 10 minutes? Is that possible? I say, yes.

Exercise number one, and I serious doubt even the most serious athletes can do this one. Bear crawl? Are you familiar with this one? You literally get down on fours and crawl like a fricking bear. I describe it as a push up with a lunge that meets a plank. You are using your upper body to hold yourself up, your legs are pushing you along and then the whole time your core is a bridge that's getting worked too!!!!!! I challenge you, try to do this for 10 minutes straight, most people go for about 30 seconds and they are are gasping for air. I did the length of a football field and back once in about 6 minutes. And the worst part was that it was on turf and I burned the palms of my hands!!! I'm talking bubbled up skin here.

Exercise number two, a lunge with a shoulder press. Wow. Lunging is hard enough, but then you have weights in your hands and you're weighted down? Come on!!! That's not fair. Wait, I thought we were working out here, pushing our bodies to new limits and feeling the burn? No? Shall I continue? Yes I must. Ok, so when you are in the down position for these lunges, I want you to stay there and push the weights up. That's right, when you are down there and your legs are already exhausted and shaking, I want you to make them work even harder and act as the base for your body and support you while you push those mighty 10 pound dumb bells up to the sky like they are a gift for God. Try and do this for 10 minutes!!! Yet, try and do this for 2 minutes. I triple dog dare ya.

Ok, well that is enough torture for now, I will come up with some more stuff to make your workouts hell.  In the meantime, my fitness boot camp will be getting plenty of these exercises.  So keep in touch.
